Preparation:

• Blended frappe: 5 oz. water or milk + 3 oz. mix + 16 oz. ice. Blend until smooth.
• Iced latte: 2 oz. mix + 5 oz. hot water, stir, pour over 14 oz. ice.
• Hot latte: 3 oz. mix + 5 oz. hot water or steamed milk, stir until dissolved.
• Frozen granita: Dissolve 1 bag (3 lbs.) in 7 L of liquid. Pour into frozen beverage machine. Yield: 384 oz.
