Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Perishable & Food Items — Final Sale All food, treats, and perishable items (including pet treats, BBQ sauces, seasonings, and similar products) are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Non-Perishable Items To be eligible for a return, non-perishable items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
