LorAnn Citric Acid intensifies all fruit flavours and adds a pleasant tartness to finished candy and lollipops. Also used as the "fizz" ingredient in bath bombs and bath fizzies. Kosher certified and gluten-free.

Usage Tips:

  • Recommended usage: 1/8 tsp per 2 cups of sugar
  • For hard candy and cooked candies: add once hot syrup has cooled below 265°F
  • Sweet & sour coating: combine 1 tsp citric acid with 1 cup granulated sugar — add more for a tarter finish
  • Also used to add fizz to bath bombs and bath fizzies
