A pure, food grade Cinnamon Oil delivering bold, spicy cinnamon character — ideal for hard candies, chocolates, and confections. When used as a flavouring, use sparingly — essential oils are highly potent. Available in 1 oz. and 16 oz.

Flavouring Use Notes

• Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening
• Add liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter to thin if needed
• Typical use: ¼–½ tsp per pound of chocolate or coating
• Do not use with plastic utensils
• Avoid direct contact with countertops
• Avoid rising steam when making hard candy
