Preparation Methods
Blended frappe / bubble tea: Add 5 oz. of water or milk, 3 oz. of Bubblegum mix (1½ scoops), and a full 16 oz. cup of ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Iced latte: Add 3 oz. of Bubblegum mix (1½ scoops) and 5 oz. of hot water to a cup. Stir until dissolved, then pour into a cup of ice.
Shaken cocktail: Add 8 oz. of water or milk, 3 oz. of Bubblegum mix (1½ scoops), and a full 16 oz. cup of ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
Frozen slush: Dissolve 1 bag (3 lbs.) in 7 L of water, tea, juice, or coffee; pour into frozen beverage machine. Yield: 384 oz.
Creamy granita: Dissolve 1 bag (3 lbs.) in 7 L of dairy or non-dairy milk; pour into frozen beverage machine. Yield: 384 oz.
Frozen cocktail: Dissolve 1 bag (3 lbs.) in 7 L of wine or spirits; pour into frozen beverage machine. Yield: 384 oz.
