LorAnn’s Almond Bakery Emulsion has a delightfully warm, nutty flavour. Use it anywhere you would add almond extract — excellent for cookies, cakes, and sweet breads. Water-based and alcohol-free, it won’t bake out like traditional extracts.

Tip: Try it in your cut-out sugar cookie recipe to duplicate that classic bakery shop flavour.

Substitution ratio: 1 tsp extract = 1 tsp emulsion.
