Rich, velvety, and beautifully coloured — LorAnn’s Red Velvet Bakery Emulsion delivers the classic taste and signature deep red hue of red velvet cake in one easy step. No separate food colouring needed. Water-based and alcohol-free, it won’t bake out like traditional extracts.

Available in: 4 oz. | 16 oz.

Directions: For each 8 or 9-inch cake or 12 cupcakes, mix 1 tbsp Red Velvet Emulsion into prepared batter and blend well. No additional colouring needed. Bake according to recipe directions.
