Complete premix in powder for Frozen Yogurt. Premium quality, mild sweet taste with just the right delicate tartness. Perfect to be flavored with flavouring pastes or fountain flavours.

Format: Case of 8 x 1.8 KG bags

Mixing Instructions: 

  • Soft Serve: Mix one bag (1.8 KG) with 4L of water and pour into soft serve machine.
  • Gelato: 500 g powder + 1 L water
  • Granita: 330 g powder + 1 L water
  • Smoothie/Milkshake: 70 - 100 g powder + 200 g milk + 150 g ice

Certifications: Halal, Kosher, Gluten-free

Yield: Each case yields 464 cones (100g)
