Preparation:

Blended frappe / bubble tea: 5 oz. water or milk + 3 oz. mix + 16 oz. ice. Blend until smooth.
Iced: 2 oz. mix + 5 oz. hot water, stir, pour over 14 oz. ice.
Hot latte: 1 oz. mix + 6 oz. hot water or steamed milk, stir until dissolved.
Frozen slush / granita: Dissolve 1 bag (3 lbs.) in 7 L of liquid. Pour into frozen beverage machine. Yield: 384 oz.
