Bursting with sweet, exotic lychee flavour, Bossen Lychee Star Jelly is made from nata de coco (natural coconut gel) — translucent, soft, jelly-like morsels sweetened with syrup and shaped like stars. Ready to serve straight from the jar with no preparation needed.

A perfect topping for bubble tea, smoothies, shaved ice, frozen yogurt, and ice cream. The fun star shape and delicate lychee flavour make it a customer favourite.

Suggested Serving Size: 60–80 g (2.1–2.8 oz)

Recipe — Lychee Black Tea (22 oz):

1. Brew assam black tea and filter to get hot tea concentrate
2. Let concentrate cool to lukewarm
3. Add 250 mL tea concentrate and 35 mL lychee syrup to a drink shaker
4. Fill shaker with ice and shake well
5. Add one generous scoop of Lychee Star Jelly to a 22 oz cup
6. Pour in the drink and serve

Ingredients: Nata de coco pulp, high fructose syrup, water, sugar, flavour, DL-malic acid, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum, sodium citrate, calcium lactate, antifoam, FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Yellow #6.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and use within 2 weeks. Avoid excessive heat or moisture. See package for expiration date.
