Lavender Oil (Lavandula officinalis) is a natural essential oil used as a flavouring and in aromatherapy for its fresh, floral scent and flavour. When used as a flavouring, use sparingly — essential oils are highly potent. We recommend dipping a toothpick into the bottle and swirling into your batter or frosting.
