Bossen Tapioca Pearls are the authentic foundation of any great bubble tea. Soft and chewy after cooking, with a classic brown sugar flavour — sweeten further with honey, fructose, or black sugar to suit your menu. Each ball measures 8.3mm in diameter and enlarges slightly after cooking. Gluten-free and processed in a peanut & tree nut-free facility.

Ingredients: Tapioca Starch, Water, Caramel, S-Sorbitol Solution, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Brown Sugar Flavour, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate (as Preservative).

Storage & Care:

• Store in a cool, dry place
• Reseal bag properly after opening

Cooking Instructions:

1. Ratio: 1 part tapioca to 6 parts water (100 g tapioca : 600 ml water). For 1 bag (3 kg), use 18 L water.
2. Bring water to a boil.
3. Add raw tapioca pearls and stir every 5 minutes with a large whisk to prevent sticking.
4. Reduce heat to LOW and cook for 25 minutes with lid slightly ajar.
5. Cover fully, remove from heat, and steam on counter for 35 minutes.
6. Rinse thoroughly with cold water in a strainer.
7. Sweeten with honey, fructose, brown sugar, or raw cane sugar.
8. Best served within 4 hours of cooking.
