Complete ready-to-use powder for making Acai soft serve ice cream and soft gelato. Just add water. Suitable for soft serve machines, gelato, granita, smoothies, milkshakes, and baking applications.

Format: Case of 8 x 1.5 KG bags

Mixing Instructions

  • Acai Soft Serve: Mix one bag (1.5 KG) with 3.5L of water and pour into soft serve machine.
  • Acai Gelato: 500g powder + 1L water
  • Acai Granita/Slush: 330g powder + 1L water
  • Acai Smoothie/Milkshake: 70–100g powder + 200g milk + 150g ice
