Complete premix in powder for an extra creamy Classic Canadian style Vanilla Soft Serve (Made in Italy). You can transform the base into different flavours using our gelato pastes or fountain flavours. 

Format: Case of 8 x 2 KG bags

Mixing Instructions:

  • Soft Serve: Mix one bag (2 KG) with 4L of water and pour into soft serve machine.
  • Gelato: 500 g powder + 1 L water
  • Granita: 330 g powder + 1 L water
  • Smoothie/Milkshake: 70 - 100 g powder + 200 g milk + 150 g ice

Yield: One case produces 480 cones (100g)
